The Superfine Rotary kiln for Lime calcine
Lime is a siliceous sedimentary rock, whine or gray, soft, porous and light. It is commonly used as lime stone，cement ，insulation material, filter material, abrasive material, sodium silicate raw material calcine kiln, preheater , diatomite cooler, catalyst support and other materials in industrial after cacline.
For Lime superfine Cclcine process system, the common rotary kiln can not reach the fineness requirements of 320 ml activity. We need to use professional ultra-fine high reactive quicklime production equipment.
Yulong Heavy Industry developed two kinds of ultra-fine calcinerotary kiln production equipment, YL-kiln Series Superfine Vertical Preheater and VER Series Micro Rotary kinl and cooler. Wherein, YL Series Superfine Vertical Preheater and kiln is proper for 310-420 high reactivequicklime processing. If you want high reactive quicklime, 320 activity, 360 activity, 380 activity fine high reactive quicklime, you can use YL Series Rotary klin and cooler.
