Description of the use and maintenance of linear vibrating screen
1. the machine should be equipped with an electrical protection device.
2. the initial operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. adjust the power phase sequence when the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements.
4. motor should be lubricated well. Lithium grease (ZL-3) should be replenish every two weeks. When adding oil, add some lithium grease to the oil cup. When the seal bearings are used, the motor is not equipped with oil cups.
5. if the machine is running for 1500 hours, if there is serious damage, the bearing should be inspected and replaced.
6. when the machine is used for a long time and then reused, the insulation resistance measured by 500 volt meohohmmeter should be measured, which should be greater than 500 billion ohm.
Daily maintenance of linear vibrating screen
1. before the beginning:
(1) check whether the coarse net and the fine net are damaged;
(2) check whether the transport bracket is dismantled.
2. at the time of starting:
(1) pay attention to the existence of abnormal noise;
(2) whether the current is stable or not;
(3) whether the vibration is abnormal or not;
3. after use: clean up after each use.
