DZSF series linear vibrating screen is called linear screen. It is a universal vibration screening device driven by double vibratory motors. When the assembled two vibrational motors synchronize and rotate in reverse, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block counteracts the force parallel to the direction of the motor axis, and the resultant force perpendicular to the axis of the motor reaches the same direction in the eccentric block. The largest, so the motion of the vibrating screen series is a straight line. The two motor axes have a tilt angle relative to the screen surface. Under the joint action of exciting force and material weight, the material is thrown forward and jumps forward in the way of linear motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classifying materials.
DZSF series linear vibrating screen is suitable for sieving of all kinds of dry powder materials. Its particle size is 0.074-5mm, and its water content is less than 7%. The maximum feed size is generally not more than 10mm. This series of vibrating screens can also be used for liquid filtration and screening operations, mainly for sewage treatment. They can also be used for screening larger particle coal powder materials. When processing larger materials, the thickness of the screen body needs to be thickened. It is necessary to increase the power of the motor and replace the punching sieve plate into a sieve.

Product structure of linear vibrating screen

1. screen box: made of several steel plates of different thickness, with certain strength and rigidity. It is the main component of the screen machine.
2. screen frame: made of pine or less deformed wood, mainly used to keep the screen flat and achieve normal sieving.
3. screen: there are several screens, such as low carbon steel, brass, bronze and stainless steel wire.

5. motor base: install the vibrating motor. The connecting screw must be tightened before use. In particular, the new tester must be repeatedly tightened three days before the test, so as to avoid any accidents.
6. damping spring: prevents vibration from passing to the ground and supports all the weight of the screen box. When installed, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
7. bracket is composed of four pillars and two channel steels supporting the screen box. When installed, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the underneath of the two pillars should be parallel.
