In order to service on the active lime processing both equipment and technology,TJIT does thouands time experimental and got the samples about its preheating &heating time.At the ending of last month,we found many many practical control data.
According to the conclusions,which the high activity of lime is closely related to its preheating temperature,time,calcination temperature and calcining time.The belowing are the experimental data we got.
While the Pre-heat-temp between 600℃and 700℃,with the time getting longing,the highest activity degree that corresponding become more and more wider.When the temperature is 1100to 1150℃,is the best temperature of the burning processing.
When the preheating temperature is 700℃,which is the best preheating temperature,its time is 45min,and the heat preservation time is 5min and 10min,the highest activity value appears at the calcining temperature of 1150℃.when the preheating time changed to 15to 20min,the burning time ended at 1000 to 1150℃，the highest activity appears.While the preheating time add to 60min,whenever the calcining processing became less or add more,the best temperature is 1100-1150℃.This group got the 410ml activity degree and the pre-heating time is 45min ,calcining time is 15min and the temp is 1150℃.
When the preheating temperature is 800, the calcining condition of the highest activity is difficult to control. The range of the calcining temperature corresponding to the maximum activity is smaller when the preheating time is short, and the highest activity of the calcining temperature is only 360ml when the preheating time is long, and the corresponding calcining temperature is 1150, and the calcining time is only 5min.
When the preheating temperature is 900 C, the high activity degree is obtained. The whole calcining condition becomes more difficult to control. This preheating temperature is suggested to be not adopted during the calcination process of limestone.
