Maintenance and precautions of ball mill
During the operation of ball mill, some parts inevitably wear out. When the machine wears out or exceeds a certain limit, the coordination and connection between parts will be destroyed. In order to restore the working capacity of worn parts and damaged parts, the maintenance plan should be worked out according to the damage rules of vulnerable parts, and regular maintenance work should be carried out.
The repair is divided into minor repair, middle repair and overhaul.
One, minor repair
A minor repair is usually conducted in 1~2 months, and special circumstances can be carried out at any time.
The maintenance projects mainly include:
1 check all connection bolts and replace defective fasteners.
2 cleaning and checking defects such as cracks on the pinion, checking the meshing condition and recording the wear degree; checking whether the counterpart bolts of the big gear are loose.
3 check bearings and hydraulic couplers and replace worn parts; check the thickness of main bearing alloys.
4 check the liners to replace the worn liners; inspect and repair the easy wearing parts of the inlet and outlet devices.
5 check oil pump, oil filter and lubricating line, clean and replace lubricating oil when necessary; check the clogging or leakage of the cooling water system pipe, replace the aging oil resistant rubber tube (inner chamber of main bearing), check all cut-off valve, safety valve, oil flow indicator and so on, and carry out cleaning and repair.
Two. Middle repair
The intermediate repair period is usually 12 months.
1 including minor repairs.
2 check and adjust the horizontal position of the cylinder and check the coaxality of the transmission shaft and the main motor shaft.
3 check and repair the shaft gear. Clean up the oil in the large gear cover.
4 check or replace the inlet and outlet.
5 replace the liner and bolt.

Three. Overhaul
The overhaul cycle is usually 5~10 years, and the specific time depends on the use of the equipment.

2 before the maintenance, the electrician must notify the electrician to cut off the power supply and hang the obvious warning signs. Without permission, no one is allowed to start the motor without permission.
3 all maintenance personnel must wear safety helmets.
4 before the repair is finished, it is necessary to check that there are no tools or tools in the mill.
