Brief Introduction of Sleeve Lime Kiln

Sleeve lime kiln is a professional equipment for calcining active lime kiln. Sleeve lime kiln can calcine limestone, dolomite, marble and other high-content calcium carbonate stones. Calcium carbonate is decomposed by heating limestone to about 1250 degrees Celsius. Through this industrial calcination method, the difficulty of using high-quality lime in various industries is solved.

Sleeve Lime Kiln Technology

Sleeve lime kiln is a new lime calcining equipment designed and produced by Tongjia Industry. Sleeve lime kiln is composed of inner sleeve which is divided into upper and lower sections and kiln barrel with refractory material. The kiln barrel and inner sleeve are arranged concentrically. The calcined limestone is located in the annular space between the kiln body and the inner sleeve to facilitate the air flow to penetrate the calcined active lime. The lower inner sleeve is located at the lower part of the sleeve lime kiln. The structure of the lower sleeve is a double-layer steel shell forming annular gap, which is cooled by air. The inner and outer sides of the lower sleeve are lined with bricks or refractories. The upper inner sleeve is suspended at the top of the kiln. The upper and lower inner sleeves have their own functions. The upper inner sleeves mainly extract the tail gas from the calcination process for preheating; the lower inner sleeves are mainly used to generate circulating air flow to form parallel flow calcination, and to ensure the uniform distribution of air flow. The structure characteristic of sleeve lime kiln is that the inner sleeve is arranged in a kiln body to form parallel flow calcination.

Composition of Sleeve Lime Kiln

Before sleeve lime kiln, weighing hopper, sleeve lime kiln, water washing screen, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, vibrating feeder under sleeve lime kiln, intermediate silo, silo before kiln, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, transfer station and finished product tank.
Characteristics of sleeve lime kiln:
1. Calcium carbonate in limestone is fully decomposed by means of cocurrent heating. The temperature difference between flue gas and raw limestone is small. Lime can reduce the over-burning rate to the maximum. At the same time, good heat energy exchange mode is used to ensure the temperature in the kiln.
 
2. Sleeve lime kiln has advanced calcination technology, high activity and excellent whiteness. At the same time, it achieves the scientific and technological environmental protection means of low energy consumption and high utilization through heat cycle. Negative pressure operation smoke and dust can reduce most of the pressure for tail gas treatment. Sleeve lime kiln operation system has high automation, simple kiln equipment, easy operation and maintenance costs. It has low cost and less investment, and occupies a small area.
 
3. Through the technology of flue gas reflux injection, there is a long parallel combustion zone, which produces high quality lime and low energy consumption.
