The sintered non-clay brick is made of coal gangue as the main raw material by selecting, crushing, forming, drying and roasting. With raw material division, brick raw materials are all gangue, called coal gangue brick. But some coal gangue can't produce the whole coal gangue brick because of plastic index, sintering property and harmful chemical composition, generally, it must be mixed with a small amount of clay, shale or fly ash, by improving the brick making performance of raw material, the coal gangue and clay can be produced. Coal gangue brick with coal gangue and fly ash or coal gangue and shale as raw materials.

The production and use of sintered fly ash brick can not only save energy, protect land resources, but also protect the environment, so it is one of the first industrial projects advocated and nurtured by the state.

Coal gangue is the industrial waste produced in the process of coal mining. The production of new wall materials with coal gangue as raw material not only protects the ecological environment, but also saves land and energy. Therefore, it accords with the development policy of wall material industry in our country, and is a new type wall material that the country attaches great importance to and vigorously supports and develops.

Common brick made of fly ash as main raw material, mixed with coal gangue powder or clay, and prepared by blending, forming, drying, and roasting. The utility model has the advantages of saving clay, saving fuel and protecting the environment. Because its material property is identical with sintered clay brick, and its self-weight is lighter than the latter, it is a new type of sintered wall material which is easy to be popularized and applied.

Because the main composition of fly ash is some very fine hollow or solid glass beads, the apparent density is very small, so the fly ash brick has light weight and good heat preservation and sound absorption performance. Using fly ash to make bricks, the consumption of fly ash is large. At present, the proportion of fly ash in fly ash sintered bricks in our country has exceeded 40%. The production and use of sintered fly ash brick can not only save energy, protect land resources, but also protect the environment, so it is one of the first industrial projects advocated and nurtured by the state.
