Chemical rotary kiln is a kind of high-temperature rotary kiln used in chemical industry, which belongs to chemical equipment. The rotary kiln in chemical industry is widely used in the treatment of calcium oxide, calcium carbonate, silicate and so on. Because of the high market price, and the standards are in line with national standards, so widely favored by users. So what kind of fuel is needed for rotary kilns in the chemical industry?
There are many kinds of fuels used in the calcining process of a rotary kiln, such as gas, natural gas, coal, coke, diesel, oil and so on. According to the different production requirements and the local fuel price, we will put this aspect into the design when we choose and purchase. The method of operation and the burning equipment are different. So what are the requirements of chemical rotary kiln fuel?
1. When selecting gas, natural gas and other gas fuels in the rotary kiln, different production requirements should be adopted. Because different gas fuel should be equipped with different structure burner, its material is also different. In addition, energy saving and application effect should also be considered as very important reference factors in terms of sufficient combustion, flame length, temperature control and so on.
The calcination temperature of rotary kiln is not easy to be raised and the flame is short, so the distance between calcined belt and kiln head is relatively close, which will affect the production of rotary kiln. Gas fuel combustion process produces a large amount of tail gas, and the attached heat value is also relatively high, so once the problem of high heat and high pollution in the tail gas can not be dealt with properly, it will face the order of the environmental protection department or the high environmental tax. It can be seen that the effect of semi-water gas or coke oven gas is better than that of direct producer gas, but it is more convenient to produce gas source due to the limitation of gas source.
2. According to the different requirements of calcined materials, the use of traditional Chinese medicine in liquid fuel strictly control the oil supply system, avoid deformation due to different temperatures, can be insulated by electric heater, thus can better ensure the purity of the liquid.
3. Solid forms of fuel usually use pulverized coal, coke powder, etc. But relatively speaking, there will be certain environmental problems. At the same time, the purity and whiteness of materials are usually more important qualities, and insufficient combustion of solid fuels will leave residues. Let the product grade drop, so we try not to use block coal or residuum as the fuel for rotary kiln. Correspondingly, solid fuel produces molten compounds in high temperature environment, which also leads to the phenomenon of kiln adhesion or ring formation in rotary kiln, which affects the output and seriously damages the kiln body and causes incalculable economic losses.
