How to control the lost during the processing line on fuels?

According to the statistics of thermal measurement, the average heat loss of incomplete combustion of lime rotary kiln is 251kJ / kg clinker, which accounts for about 4% of clinker heat consumption, in which chemical incomplete combustion heat loss is 142-155kJ / kg clinker, mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss is 71-130kJ / kg clinker. The following measures may be taken to reduce the loss of heat from incomplete combustion in lime rotary kilns:
1. The control of excess air coefficient. In the process of pre-calciner operation, there must be sufficient air volume, and in order to have enough air capacity, a certain excess air coefficient should be maintained. Cement process management regulations, excess air CNC pile 1. 05-1.15. However, the excess air coefficient should be controlled to a certain extent. The main reason is to keep the excess air coefficient as small as possible, that is to say, to reduce the heat taken away by exhaust gas under the condition of ensuring the complete combustion of fuel.
2 . The quality of pulverized coal is controlled . The factors that affect the combustion speed also influence the degree of combustion of the fuel . In order to reduce the heat loss caused by incomplete combustion , the moisture and fineness of the coal shall comply with the process requirements .
3. Feed coal accurately. The main reason is that the coal feeding system equipment is not flexible and can not increase or decrease the coal feed amount according to the temperature change in the kiln, resulting in incomplete combustion heat loss. There are many phenomena of coal running and coal breaking caused by uneven coal removal, such as poor flow of coal powder in the cone of pulverized coal bunker, lax air lock on other coal feeding devices with double tube winch, poor performance of coal powder metering equipment, etc., which can lead to instability and inaccuracy of coal flow.
4. Strengthen the sealing and plugging of leakage. The air leakage in the kiln head and the kiln tail seriously affects the ventilation and fuel combustion in the kiln. The air leakage in the preheater system is greater than that in the former two. In addition, the air leakage phenomenon in each chamber of the grate cooler has an impact on the combustion of pulverized coal. At the end of the kiln, the air leakage of the cooler is related to the material of the parts and the poor management, so the management should be strengthened and the air leakage should be controlled at the lowest level.
