Lowering the calcination temperature leads to the disappearance of the crimson state and the normal operation of the rotary kiln.
2. The erythema of the rotary kiln is bright red. When erythema occurs in areas where there is no kiln skin, this situation is generally caused by falling off the kiln. The bright red must stop the kiln and reduce the coal burning, but it is necessary to allow the kiln body to rotate slowly for a certain period of time. And the kiln tube cooling fan concentrated in the red kiln position, kiln temperature decreased as soon as possible. When erythema change from red to dark, the auxiliary agent is transferred from the auxiliary driver to the kiln, and the position of the red kiln is marked.
3. The rotary kiln is a red kiln. At this time, it can be observed by infrared scanning temperature curve and its position can be accurately determined, and the concrete level of the red kiln still needs to be observed and implemented on the spot. Generally speaking, the infrared temperature and position of kiln shell should be controlled below 350 °C when the peak value of curve is more than 350 °C.
