At present, there are many kinds of screening equipment used in China, and there will be many problems in the process of design, manufacture, installation and user use. In addition to some mechanical faults, abnormal operation parameters and improper maintenance have caused the reduction of the screening efficiency of sieves, and even the fatal problems such as the sieve body, the base of the vibrator, the beam fracture, the bearing damage and so on.
1, there are many reasons for the abnormal operation of vibrating screen. Generally speaking, there are several situations:
(1) abnormal sound at the vibrator and overheating surface;
(2) the sieve plate is damaged or loosened or the sieve bar breaks, resulting in repeated vibration or mixing.
(3) the shock spring is broken frequently;
(4) single motor operation or double motors are not parallel or parallel but not in reverse operation.
(5) the working frequency of the screening machine is the same as that of a fixed frequency.
(6) the installation of the sieve is incorrect and the foundation is uneven.
(7) the center distance between the exciter shaft and the drive shaft deviates too much;
(8) the excitation force deviates from the center of gravity of the sieve body;
(9) the assembly of the exciter or vibrating motor is incorrect, and the angle between the two sets of counterweights is inconsistent.
(10) uneven feeding resulted in partial load and poor discharge of raw materials.
Due to the complexity of the work site, before the analysis of the reasons for the analysis of the use of equipment, whether there are illegal operations or improper maintenance, maintenance is not timely.
