For the processing of ceramsite, the initial raw materials are some stones containing metal elements, or hard soil blocks, which are calcined when they are processed into a specific form. When the material initially placed in the kiln becomes the clinker we need, the ceramsite has basically formed.
In fact, the working principle of the rotary kiln is mainly to realize the high-speed rotation of materials in the kiln according to some physical phenomena, and because there is a jet device, the air flow in the kiln can be formed, and then when the fuel is encountered, a flame can be formed. And the object and the burning gas can also heat each other to achieve the purpose of processing the raw materials of sand.
