1.The gas-burning rotary kiln caretaker must wear labor protection uniform before starting work. After entering the post, it should maintain a good mental state and strictly prohibit sleeping and wandering.
2.Gas-burning rotary kiln must be familiar with
the industrial enterprise gas safety regulations, familiar with fire fighting knowledge, skilled fire fighting skills, licensed posts.
3.Enter the kiln with no open fire, no smoking. Non-position personnel are prohibited from opening or stopping equipment and from staying near kiln ends and gas pipes.
4.Before starting fire in rotary kiln, the pyrotechnic should carefully check the gas system, the control system, the detection and indication system to ensure that they meet the operating requirements and have no trouble and hidden trouble.
5.When the rotary kiln fires, no one is allowed to work on the kiln head to prevent tempering, resulting in casualties.
6.Any gas plant shall be kept at positive pressure.
7.Before firing the rotary kiln, the gas burner must be cleaned with nitrogen, and only after the gas burst test is qualified can the firing operation be carried out.
8There should be a certain negative pressure in the furnace before firing. The ignition procedure must be to ignite the fire before giving the gas.
9. If the gas is not on fire or extinguishes after fire, the valve should be closed immediately, the reason should be found out thoroughly, the mixture gas in the kiln should be cleaned, and then the operation of ignition should be restarted according to the prescribed procedure.
10. Check the gas pressure and combustion on a regular basis in each shift. When the pressure is close to the lowest 6kpa, contact the gas station and report to the dispatch room to find out the cause. If the pressure changes suddenly extinguish, check immediately whether the fire is back, if it is found, Immediately open nitrogen fire, report to the head of duty, no blind secondary ignition.
11.When observing kiln and cooler condition at kiln head, fireproof mask should be put on.
12.When the equipment stops production, the gas source should be cut off thoroughly and the inner gas should be blown off.
